Return and Exchange Policy:

  • Due to the unique and customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We guarantee to deliver the highest quality in every piece to meet your expectations.
  • We would like to draw your attention to the fact that receiving the order from the shipping company or the representative is considered an acknowledgment from the customer that the order is intact and in good condition and has not been opened before receipt.
  • There is no warranty, return or replacement for misuse.
  • There is no guarantee, return or exchange if the color changes. We would like to point out that you must preserve and keep the piece away from alcohol and perfumes because they oxidize the color and cause it to fade.
  • There is no replacement or return after a period of time if the piece is damaged. As is the case with the nature of gold and all jewelry, the piece may be exposed to cuts, breakage, or falling stones. This is a natural situation with all jewelry, and this does not indicate the poor quality of the product.
  • There is no exchange or return if the piece is too small or large for you. We advise you to read the product details carefully before ordering, know your measurements, and choose the correct size.
  • There is no exchange or return if you receive the order and do not like it because you alone are responsible for your choice.
  • According to the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce: Cosmetics, perfumes, accessories, jewelry and underwear are not included in the exchange and return policy in order to preserve the public health of all.
  • Thank you for your understanding.



If I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?


In the event of a defect in the piece (but make sure that we examine each piece well and photograph it before sending it) in other cases we apologize for the replacement or return, but if you find a manufacturing defect in it at the same time you received the order (within one hour only) and not after several hours or days, you can replace the same piece or another model with the same value after we receive the returned product and check its condition. (With you bearing the costs of return and shipping).


To request a refund:

  • Send a message to the email: [email protected] requesting a return and explaining the defect within an hour from the date of receiving the order. Make sure that the product is delivered in its original condition and with all its accessories.
  • You must send the order via Aramex or DHL.
  • Please note that the customer will bear all shipping and delivery charges for returned or exchanged products.
