Exchange and Return Policy
Due to the unique nature of our products as jewelry and they are prepared with special care, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the order has been completed, in order to maintain standards of quality and hygiene.
We always make sure to:
- Each piece is carefully inspected before shipping.
- The product is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
- Full compliance with the specifications and images displayed on the website
The only exception:
Replacement may only be considered in the case of a clear manufacturing defect, and subject to the following conditions:
- Report within one hour of receiving the request.
- The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all its accessories.
- The part is inspected by us to ensure there is a manufacturing defect.
In this case, it is possible to:
- Replace the part itself, or
- Replace it with another item of the same value only.
Replacement or refund is not included in the following cases:
- Misuse such as exposure to water, perfumes, or chemicals.
- The discoloration is due to use or the nature of silver.
- The item was damaged after receipt, such as breaking or stones falling off.
- The size is not suitable, so we recommend checking the product details and choosing the appropriate size before purchasing.
- Dissatisfaction with the product after receiving it.
- Custom or bespoke orders
Important notes
- According to the Ministry of Commerce guidelines, some personal and sensitive products are exempt from returns in order to protect public health and safety.
- Shipping is done via specific companies such as DHL or Aramex.
- Completing the application means agreeing to this policy.
